cheerfulnuts

Hi! I got my name “cheerfulnuts” from my cheerful personality and my addiction to nuts. I enjoy writing, travelling around the world, watching TV shows (especially the Japanese ones), reading manga, and researching about anything that caught my interest. I’m an introvert and I usually enjoy doing solitary activities. I do love people, but I find socializing too draining. I love Disney, popcorn, animals, cute stuff, my stuff, my family, my friends, and God. I’m a Christian, and nothing will change that.

I grew up in the Philippines. Three of my grandparents came from China, so I have Chinese blood flowing through my veins. I can speak Filipino, English, Fookien, and Mandarin, but I’m not 100% fluent in any of these. I guess that’s one of the problems of being multi-lingual.

If you have looked around my page, you have probably seen a Hubber named seriousnuts. You may wonder why we have similar (and opposite) names. She is my best friend and my seconds-older twin. We are very alike, both inside and outside. We share the same values. We enjoy the same activities. But we behave differently. I smile a lot; she frowns a lot. This is my first time to write online. I’m not a professional writer, but I hope that through my amateur writing, I can help people understand some things that I know, or make them smile. I have put a lot of effort into writing each of my hubs, so relish them, comment on them, and read as much as you want. Don’t know where to start?
